What We Used to Eat vs. What We eat Now

My hubby and I were talking over the weekend as we were grocery shopping about what our diet used to look like. I was having a hard time remembering what we ate on a regular basis. 1. This is a very insightful post! Good ideas! I am seeing areas where I still trend towards the left and need to head towards the right. My current biggest struggle is getting enough veggies and fruits in (I get plenty of protein and limit carbs a lot more than I did before) so this post gave me some ideas on how to do just that.

    • Thanks! Glad you found it helpful. It definitely takes time to retrain yourself. We are constantly learning and trying new things. We do a food co-op called Bountiful Baskets a couple of times a month. It kinda forces us to be creative with our food and to use up all of our veggies before they go bad.
