Ok, maybe not epic.
But my sister and I are starting a cookbook project. We want to compile our favorite recipes we have created along the way in our weightloss journey. The book will do 3 things:
1. Introduce you to good foods that are wheat free and delicious.
2. Teach you how to make your own wheat free goodness.
3. There will be a short blurb on our stories as well, plus our before and after photos.
That seems like a tall task for a simple book, but the reality is that I don’t just want people to buy my book for the recipes. I want them to buy it because they want to learn to do it themselves. Maybe you already do know, and you could teach someone yourself, but what if a cookbook could give you tips and ideas on modifying recipes? What if a book could be fun and encouraging? What if a cookbook could help you on your own journey? What if it could be a part of your story in reaching your goals? That’s the kind of cookbook I want to write.
So I’m going to do it. If you are interested in being a part of this and would like to be on our panel of testers, please contact me via email. As we prepare our recipes, we will send them to you to test out. You will need to follow the instructions precisely. If it turns out great, perfect, if something goes wrong, if we forget to write down a step, we want to know. Plus, we would like for you to tell us if they are tasty or not. 🙂
