What I ate Yesterday

A quick episode of what I ate yesterday:

Breakfast:
Breakfast Frittata (egg, ground beef, sweet potato)
Banana

Lunch:
Green Salad with 1/2 tbsp balsamic dressing
mashed potatoes (palm sized amount)
green beans (2/3 c)
smoked turkey and sausage with homemade BBQ sauce (5oz worth meat)

Dinner:
Smoothie (pineapple, 1/2 avocado, strawberry, almond milk, 2tsp flaxseed-16 oz smoothie)
Boneless Pork chop (4 oz)
8oz apple juice

I don’t usually measure my food or count calories, but these are my best estimates based on plate, cup, and container sizes. The ones with measurements were actually measured.
