I Did a Push Up Today & What I ate yesterday

A real one. All the way down and all the way up.

For the first time.

In. My. Life.

I went for a second one and flopped, but I dont care. I can do a real push up.

I told you it was a goal of mine.

I told you I wanted to be able to.

And I can. I can do it. I can reach my goals, if I put the work in to reach them.

So for a quick dose of “What I ate yesterday”

Breakfast: Smoothie (1/2 avocado, 1 banana, 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1 tbsp flax seed

Lunch: French Fries, 1 serving of fritatta (it has egg, sausage, leeks)

Dinner: Steak fajitas (steak, onions, peppers) wrapped in lettuce

Snack: Corn Chips and salsa, 6 after dinner mints….

Ok, so there are 3 non paleo things that I ate yesterday. It was sure tasty though!
